What the World needs...

Saw the city from above… lights flickering like stars. The lights are alive, indicative of lives in the city; at the same time, it’s like a tiny cell in the body, each sustaining itself unaware of the view from above. Millions of cells come together, and a radiant design unfolds into a rarefied constellation of stars. Yet, individually we do not know what to do with ourselves. The busyness of life wear us down into a tiny flicker of light consumed by consumption. The urban city has no regard for the rhythm of life; it is relentless in keeping us earth bound, our wings clipped, unable to fly or dream. If the light in my eyes fade, then my life would have been in vain.

“Don’t ask what the world needs.
Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
~ Howard Thurman
